Portland-Sapporo Sister City Relations 50th Anniversary Reception
A delegation of Sapporo city officials and citizens led by Mayor Fumio Ueda visited Portland to celebrate the 50th Anniversary of the Portland-Sapporo Sister City Relationship and attend the sister city agreement re-signing ceremony. Our office hosted a reception for the delegation and both cities on June 5th.
There were many guests from the City of Portland and other related organizations at the Consul General’s official residence, and all those in attendance, from many different fields, conversed freely and greatly enjoyed each other's company.
